Meet Your Therapist.

Jess Preston, MA, RCC
Hi, and Welcome!
I’m Jess Preston, a Registered Clinical Counsellor and the Clinical Director of Reverie Therapy. Based in Maple Ridge, BC, I’m proud to live and work in this vibrant community, offering in-person and online counselling for adult individuals and couples.
In my practice, I take an integrative, intuitive approach — weaving together holistic, trauma-informed, and client-centred care. I draw from a range of therapeutic perspectives, including Client-Centred Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Intersectional Feminist Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and others. This flexibility allows me to tailor support in a way that truly fits each client’s unique needs, and I always welcome questions and conversations about the approaches we use together.
With over eight years of post-secondary education and a deep passion for mental health, I feel honoured to walk alongside clients through the many seasons and complexities of life.
At the heart of my work is a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space — one that encourages self-reflection, self-discovery, and meaningful growth.
If you feel ready to take the next step, or if you're simply curious to learn more, I invite you to reach out. I’d be happy to connect and explore how we might work together.

Are We a Good Fit?
I work with adult clients dealing with life and relationship challenges including grief, stress, trauma, depression, anxiety and life transitions. As a married parent to two young children, I have personal experience in many of these areas myself.
I invite you to join me in a safe and therapeutically guided space. Here, you will be empowered to share your experiences in your own words, discuss your goals, and feel cared for, validated, and gently encouraged to work toward life-affirming change. Societal expectations can weigh heavily on each of us, and we all need supportive resources.
I would be honoured to be a part of your self-care team.
